In reviewing my personal goals , my scores did not change. This class has just made me more aware of what I want for myself. I always start with a new year, new me attitude and try to make some changes. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. Overall, I am happy with me. The overall theme I will take away from this class is the importance of kindness to yourself and to others. I will leave you with this quote:

Absolutely wonderful quote from Mark Twain. I had never heard that Barb. Great statement to wrap up our course with. I agree, this class has certainly helped me be more aware of my actions and words. Kindness, caring, and compassion are very important. They not only help the ones you are helping but probably more so yourself. Helping others definitely helps you, even more. Barb, I sure hope you have a wonderful 2012 and you experience whole health.
